You have funds that you want to invest, in real estate or in companies in the US or in Europe, or you simply want to acqire a second home abroad. You define the goal (if needed with our help) and we take care that it is reached.

• Consulting at the stage of selection of the appropriate opportunity.
• Negotiating of Purchase or Co-Investment including the drafting of the necessary Memorandum of Understanding.
• Finding the appropriate structur of the investment (legally, economically and tax-efficient).
• Coordination of the necessary experts (tax advisers and lawyers).
• Management of the agreements-drafting process.
• Coordination of closing.
• Ongoing management and consulting for the investment.

For you it means: you do not have to be personally involved in the process of the transaction; you will be informed about the ongoing process; and if decisions are needed we provide you with a sound basis for decision.
